THE BASICS OF ARMOUR MAKING - COURSE DESCRIPTION

The class will make essential tools for armour/sheetmetal. The following is a list of the various tools that will be crafted in order to shape and form armour.

· Ball Stakes
· Wood Dapping Stump
· Sinking Bowl From Gas Cylinder
· Raising Hammers
· Chasing Chisels
· Swaging Tools
· Fluting Stakes
· Rivet Sets

The course will progress with students getting a hands on “how to” create components of a suit of armour from start to finish utilizing the tools they have fabricated.
